We understand that many locations may have temporarily closed, limiting their hours, or moved due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
During this time, we ask that all customers:
- Confirm the address you’re shipping to and that the location will be open to receive shipments
- Provide a phone number that the shipping carrier can call if they need to reach you during delivery
- Let us know if you need inside delivery
Our carriers have notified us that if no one is available for delivery they will automatically return the shipment back to us and charge a fee for the return freight. All fees that are charged back to us from the carrier will be invoiced to your account, and be your responsibility to pay.
